Well, current exchange works out to like $2060. Plus GST that would bring it to around $2163. Depends on barrel length. If you need special order barrels for NR status then yeah, I would guess around 3K. Otherwise I can't see why this gun couldn't hit that 2500 mark.

This rifle is 1600$ USD you can add +1000$ for exchange rate, NR status. so yes, you can dream of a CZ 556 under 2k.

I am personnaly waiting for the CZ 806 bren 2 version, I can wait 5 years and more for it.

I spent a little time with a select fire 5.56 806 bren at IALFI a couple months back. I really enjoyed it. Has a really decent trigger too.

I'd love to see a 762x39 NR rifle come to our market.

"17th July 2017 BREN Update

We now have a sample semi auto BREN 805 S1 from CZ and as soon as CZ have supplied us with the technical details we will be sending this unit along with a select fire BREN 805 A1 to the RCMP SFSS for their examination and classification.

The semi auto BREN shown is a “Pistol” version, there will also be 16 inch carbine models. Please don’t ask us about details as first we have to get her approved, then we will worry about the exact configuration, barrel, sights etc that we can supply. You will notice the S1 has an “M16” mag well while the A1 uses CZ’s own magazine.

Tyson will add some photos here to tease you all "
