No one has mentioned it. I look at these beauties every year at Shot Show, and have only ever seen select-fire models.
Call it the Cz-805dh (the dh stands for deer hunter). Wood grips, deer logo, portion of every sale to environmental/conservation charities. Ship it with a tiny magazine, no flash hider, or shoulder thing that goes up. Make a new receiver that physically cannot hold full auto components. Package in in mossy oak print, with some photo of a bubba in hunter orange, climbing out of a pickup with the rifle. Convince the Czechs that millions of Canadians are ready to drop money of the rifle, to justify the effort. Convince a Canadian importer the same thing. Then, maybe it stands a chance, if the RCMP lab doesn't find a place to shove a popsicle stick and make it double.
I read an article from somewhere in the US that the US BTAF already has a sample but is expected to take 5 years (this was 2011 or 2012) It was mentioned Canada may see it sooner provided the RCMP do not take as long. Maybe all just BS
