Not easily done! Barrel would be a big issue. Not easily swapped at all. The bolt could be swapped and have diff mags but might even have to redo the entire bolt/carrier altogether something like the ar kits. U would have to fashion some sort of sleeve and chamber adapter to fit in the barrel from the breech as well. Alot of work and alot of money in the end.

There is 2 other major issues here as well.

There are already a ton of cool 22 s out on the market which would be cheaper than such a kit for the cz.

Also the surplus is already so cheap and that is the reason people buy these guns in the first place. If surplus wasnt so cheap alot of people would be looking at other options for sure.

There is a .22 CZ already. It's called a 10/22.

Other than the safety the manual of arms is pretty much identical.

NEA floated the idea for a conversion-kit for the 7.62x39 version (and it was poo-poo'd).

However, now with the .223 versions in the country, I think it'd be a great accessory. I'd get one if available.

maybe it got shut down because the 7.62X39 is so damn cheap already there isnt much of a point?

Hmmmmm there is an adapter insert company mcace in alaska I believe, maybe another option???
