Cz 858 .223

i was at Canadian tire and i seen a CZ 858 for sale and it was a .223 and it was $899
ive seen CZ 858 before but for $699 but 7.62x39

so my question is it a good deal or should i go with .223 or 7.62x39( all ready got a sks in 7.62x39 kinda want something different)
