CZ 858 .22LR Conversion kit. SALE SPECIAL

Hi, guys,

the conversion kit was tested with all variants of vz58 based rifles - CZUB, CSA, Hermex and Novohradsky production (I guess Hermex and Novohradsky are not distributed in Canada). All barrell lengths and both barrel front mounts (screw mount and extension mount) are supported as well. Actually we recommend to use 25 rds in magazine, but we also plan to develop a rounded .22 magazine (the capacite could be 75 - 100 rds)...

Id be very interested in one for an NR... This is a really cool idea and the video of the guy shooting the 7.62 then switching to .22 was really what sold me. Only issue I can see is with someone using a brake or flash hider on their gun. Would make converting just a bit more work, but nothing worth worrying about.

What do you mean it will be available for the restricted length barrel for the CSA VZ58, all in one package? 7.5, 11-3/4, 15 ? Is there a kit for multiple barrel lenghts?

I see no reason why we can not provide extra barrel liners in different lengths seperate from a complete conversion kit so you could taylor a kit to suit yourself.

The object here is to receive your feedback so we can proceed in the best way.

Actually we provide various barrell lengths (whereas the 477 and 473 lenghts - CSA and CZUB - are coverred with just one barrel length)... Since the chamber is not part of the barrel, it is easy enough to switch.

BTW: The conversion kit can be used for the .223 caliber as well - for those, who owe the 5.56 NATO version...

I think this would be the best route to go John considering people have different tastes to barrel lengths. Or like myself have have all barrel lengths. I would buy a kit for each length of barrel i have garunteed.
This sounds like a very good money maker!!!
Shoot cheap surplus and cheap 22lr ammo now on one rifle. Woohoo!!!

This just made the CZ 858 the ultimate SHTF firearm, 7.62 for defense and a quick swap to .22 for survival all in one cool looking and the most reliable semi in Canada
