cz 858 and red dots

I currently have a cz 858 with the 4 rail fab defence upper and lower stock. I am exploring a reflex sight option, I was wondering if a standard eotec 512 would work well? has anybody tried this? Im not interested in magnification.
 
I've seen alot of people running the Burris Fatsfires on the rail. I had a cheapo NCStar one that I would use as a keychain.

I do not see why a Eotech would not work, I am thinking of the same option myself as well.

It'll work. And it will sit really high.

Zero retention will depend on how tight the plastic fits to the handguard metal and how snug your handguard fits to the rifle.

You're much better off with a smaller optic on a NEA rail.
 
the top rail is super tight, i think i will try my buddies eotec from his AR and buy him a box of .223 afterwards so he can resight his zero when i give it back
