Is there a press assembly ready to install the barrels?

If you take (Cut) a barrel off a rifle, (Just in front of the reciever) say for example the Cooey we have been discussing, it no longer has a chamber. Now you turn that barrel for the PPK in .22 we have been talking about, I would suspect that there would be no way whatsoever of assertaining were your finished barrel came from. Law must have the idea of intent. Even the horse cops understand intent. Once I cut off the chamber, I now have a barrel blank, chambered for nothing, I'm back to the way the barrel was before it was screwed onto a reciever. I prefer to cut my own chambers anyway!!
