CZ 858 Canadian Edition

It seems virtually impossible to get a CZ 858 - Canadian Edition.

When I leave a message at Canadian gun stores, they tell me they don't know if or when they will get any more in. I have been told there is a shortage of wood (!! ?).

As of March 2013, has anyone heard anything about availability of the CZ 858 semi-auto Canadian Edition? I would like to get a hold of one!

i waited for one for 4 months, but everywhere was on backorder.. Couldn't wait any longer so i picked up a vz58 sporter (black stock), no frankenwood.

FWIW, Frontier Firearms website shows them in stock.

Good shopping Katy and thanks. Frontier Arms told me that the page is a google file and not up-to-date (?). I think Frontier Arms is one of the places where I am on a waiting list. - I'm loosing track.
