cz 858 furniture

I keep thinking these guns would look much better with blonde furniture. I wonder how hard it would be to actually make a stock. You'd think there has to be some retired guys out there with wood shops in their garages that could do it. I might have my retirement project picked out...for in about 30 years from now that is.:p

Tactical Forend for the 858.

Does anyone have one? It says that they do not move at all... how are they attached??

If you do buy the wood from Numrich, you could probably sand it down until it was blonde. The ones from Numrich are Beech - they are just dirty beech.

If you like a dirty beech, like I do, then there's no further work required.

So what's weong with original "bear poo" stock and grips, besides bubious arguments related to personal preferences? As I said before I found them surprisingly good ergonomics-wise...

Certainly nothing is wrong with them. Matters of personal preference cannot be "dubious", since they are subjective and not open to much reasoned debate - mostly emotional diatribes.

There are some who would find the stocks just as beautiful as I find them ugly.

I too find them fugly... might look great hanging on wood paneled wall with some shag carpet.
The stock furniture is so 1977 Ford Mustang...
