I've got a CZ 858-2, the non-restricted one. I know the distance markers on the rear sight don't exactly match up, due to the longer barrel and sight plane. Would I be better off zeroing at 200y or 100y, for shooting to be done within 200y? I'm thinking a 200y zero, would put me closer at 100y, than a 100y zero would be at 200y.

My accuracy expectations are basically to be able to hit a standard size clay target anywhere within that range, I know the long ones will be a bit of a stretch, but even if I miss a few, as long as I can hit most. I'd like to know if it's reasonable to just hold a little high or low, instead of adjusting the rear sight between distances. I've got the NEA front and rear fibre sights and NEA heavy muzzle brake on order, if any of that makes a difference.

For anyone who goes to the wholesale sports pin shoot, this is what I'm gearing up to use next year. Timberwolfe will be the accuracy guy, and I'm trading a bit of accuracy for a metric buttload of speed.

I've found the sights on my non-res 858 line up very closely with the indicated distances. If you want to use the adjustable sights, set it at 100m and zero it at 100m.

A clay pigeon is what, about 4 inches across? Keep in mind that the average VZ with Czech surplus is a 4-6 MOA gun. Your accuracy expectations are on the edge at 100m and above normal for 200m.
