I did a search and I couldn't find any threads or information about this.

Is there a charger (I believe that is what they are called) avalible for CZ 858 magazines so I can load them with stripper clips? I have seen metal ones for FALs and plastic ones that come with Canadian army 5.56 bandoliers of stripper clips but none for 7.62 short. There is a stripper clip guide on the bolt but you have to have the magazine in the gun to use it and it's not really the best. Loading five rounds isn't difficult but all my surplus 7.62x39 (several cases) is on stripper clips and it would be nice to be able to use them to load my CZ as well as my SKS.

the red star AK mag loader worked good on my K mags, I often wondered if it would work or could be adapted to work on a VZ mag. I think theyre like 10 bucks from SKSMAN and Marstar had them but may be sold out

That's fine and dandy but if you happen to have a scope or other optic on it, that feature becomes mute. Being able to speedily recharge mags outside of the rifle would be beneficial to those that use their CZ/VZ's for competitions.

I had no problem loading magazines with the stripper clip guide on the bolt. 5 rounds off the stripper clip is pretty easy to do, you can get a pretty good feel for it. I found it quick and easy to load this way, with or without the rifle slung.

Occasionally I would push to hard backwards and release the bolt, but you can feel that and lock it back up easily and finish loading the mag. The most important thing was making sure the stripper clip was fully seated in the guide and to only push the rounds down far enough to put 5 rounds in the magazine. The 6th round usually would hang about half off the stripper clip, so as I removed the clip, I would use one finger and pull the round back fully onto the clip.
