Which one works the best because I have found several different designs? Also are they fairly easy to install yourself.

Great for shorties;

Good for long barrel to get the flash out when varmiting;

Got vertical stringing when I would use this 1 duing rapid fire;

I run the NEA heavy, and like it. It works. Just push the pin in and unscrew the old one, and thread the new one back on. It is very easy.
