I've received today CZ mil muzzle break for my non-restricter. Didn't try it yet, but I've heard that it's overcompensating on 19' barrel. Is that the case?

The only time I noticed over-compensation with the Czech military brake was at long-distance (400 and 500 meters) while using magnified optics. Even then the muzzle drop was only 1 or 2 minutes of angle. It's almost completely unnoticeable.
 
The AKM-style brake is pretty bad for over compensating on the non-res barrels. Hurts your face to shoot, found that out the hard way...
