CZ 858 red dot?

Hi guys,

I never used a red dot sight before being more into milsurp... But i'm thinking of putting one on a CZ 858 i'm buying. Wich brand of red dot should i look for if i want something decent in quality but not too expensive? Where's the best place to mount it on a CZ?

I went with an NEA upper handguard and a vortex sparc. I absolutely love this setup after going through cheaper red dots on a fab handguard. This setup now is rock solid and returns to zero after cleaning.
 
Whatever you do get, I personally wouldn't go over a 2moa dot. I've got a aimpoint ML3 2moa on mine and its nice to have that smaller dot for trying to plink at 300. Shooting closer? Cranking the bightness makes the dot appear larger.
 
Waiting for that B.C. Tactical rear sight rail to be released but I have nothing but great things to same about this Insight MRDS. Truley a cut about all other RDS's I have ever encountered.
 
The Vortex Strikefire is a great RD sigth and you can't go wrong for the money: compact reliable and dependable. They have great warranty / customer service as well too!
