cz 858 tactical barrels

Quick question. Are the barrels on the CZ 858-2 new from the factory or are they used ?. My barrel has some copper and some fouling in the barrel and does not look very new.

Yes, they are suppose to be new barrels; they are painted the same colour scheme though.

VZ 58 or the CHZ 2003 are suposed to be mil-surplus but the CZ 858 are all brand new.
