Cz 858

They are good to go for now but what the future holds, who knows. They are under the same classifications as they were depending on barrel length. Nothing has changed for the CZ858 for the last couple years, after the mess was corrected.

I actually had an RCMP instructor try and tell me they were all still prohibited.
I'm surprised I passed the course because I was tired of the BS he kept trying to sling and started calling him on it.

The people enforcing the law, don't always know the law and that's real sad to think about. After you spend 10's of thousands of dollars clearing yourself after a BS charge, some people still have there job and you're still out your 10's of thousands of dollars.

He knew enough to know they were prohibited at one time, he must have had a beer and enjoyed himself the night his work buddies prohibited those rifles, so I guess he educated himself when it comes to our freedoms being removed, but he didn't educate himself when our freedoms were granted back.

I guess he probably still thinks abortion is illegal as well?

You can still sue the rcmp and then officer. Its easy. Pay a laywer 200$ to file ur notice of civil claim and set a trial date and go to trial. Claim bad faith.

Just cause you sue tho dosent mean its gunna work :D

A lot of these cases settle out of court. The RCMP doesn't like to have court judgements against them, so they'll offer a settlement before it goes to court.
