CZ 91s Skorpion

are you sitting down ? :D

the two up for sale in EE are $2700 and $3000 with only two mags.

Do no dealers currently import or sell these anymore? Are they still manufactured?

Who imported them originally if some are on the Canadian market?

You will never get one unless someone sells it privatly. It is not cost effective to import them anymore, so no one sells them. I believe wolverine was the one to bring them in,

An enterprising dealer can import the CZ 91 type pistols from the USA (they don't have stocks on them), once here, they can make (or get) the folding stocks and fit them on. It'll add to the costs obviously, but do-able if someone wants to take the chance.

also in a prohib caliber. .32 is a prohib here.

AMerica only gets the cz 61, not the cz 91s.

.32 is legal. Only handguns in .32 are prohibited. With a buttstock, a Skorpion is definitely not a handgun.

If the ones sold in the US are advertised as a handgun (and don't have a buttstock), do you think the RCMP are going to do us a favor and consider them a rifle so we can buy them? Or do you think they're going to take the easy way out and agree with the manufacturer's website, thus claiming they can't be imported because they're a .32 cal handgun? Seeing their past track record, I wouldn't bet money on the first choice.

Just a comment re 32acp being prohib, you can still buy 380.32 and 25acp ammo. It's the short barrelled pocket pistols that are prohib but only to people who didn't own one before the law changed.
