CZ 958 Teaser Part 4 (NO THEY DON'T HAVE CHROME LINED BARRELS)

when will we know exactly how compatible this rifle is with the CZ858. Specifically, there are certain parts made by NEA such their stock adapter and aluminum frowned and such that i would like to be able to add to this rifle. Is that possible?

Also, is the Tactical version threaded to take common muzzle brakes, or proprietary ones?

What wait so there is no chrome?

You say well lubed, GW. Can you do a video of how to properly lubricate these rifles?

Seeing how they're not chromed and all...

If it slides, grease it. If it pivots, oil it. 10w30 Mobil 1 and Crappy Tire wheel bearing grease work great. I use Petro Can Vultrex in the winter for grease.

After cleaning I oil parts while reassembling the gun. Then in the field, range I use Hoppe's Gun OIl in the spray can. Soak well, wipe off gun, resume shooting.... Then wipe oil off of safety glasses!!! For chrome barreled model...repeat the above!!!

I liked my 858, but the occasional failure to fire was annoying. I had to do quite a bit of polishing for it to feed brass cased ammo as well. I wonder if the new rifle still have these issues?

Not that I have experienced, but then again I never had any issues with my 858. It fed anything perfectly and once I tweaked the spring the gremlin went away so it went bang all the time. Have had zero FTF, FTE etc with the 958 on the range.

do we have to worry about this gremlin showing up in the 958?
