I can only imagine. Thank you all for putting the effort in for us. It's nice to see a company listening to its customers and trying to provide what they want, especially when it's a new project. Any fire arms company that does that and develops new products is worth emptying my wallet for!

Now hurry before all of this cash I don't have burns a hole in my pocket!

This may add months/years to the redesign, but any chance you can make the receiver look like the Prorestricnonrestricted 858 with large window and post 2007 markings and does anyone get a voucher towards purchase for sending in a copy of their chop/deactivation video?

Some juicy info here
We are exploring the possibility of increasing the barrel profile to the rear of the gas port slightly, this should enhance balance and accuracy. Also raising the stock angle a little, this will improve the cheek weld with the higher sight plain and reduce muzzle climb.
Love both ideas!
I am proposing to market the Hunter as having a fixed stock, plain barrel with slim brake, no iron sights and packaged with two short 5 rd mags. Furniture will be surplus to keep the initial cost down but wood upgrades will be offered as an extra. Any same plane BUIS could be mounted on the receiver, sold as an extra.
Would old CZ 858 beech wood furniture fit the new 958?
Barrels will be 18.6 inches, new and non chromed at this time. Standard CZ 858 mags will be used, Mag well should accept all aftermarket mags as well as the B&T mag well adapter.
More photos will follow ASAP. :)
Sweet cant wait!

Uh oh... "non chromed"!? Let the whining begin... er... continue...

But seriously the 958 sounds freakin WONDERFUL! I can't wait to actually get my hands all over her :)

I think you should add a bottle opener to the butt stock.... would be handy when cleaning her after a long day of shooting!
