My son want's a CZ american .22.what mounts and rings will I need I plan on useing a Simmons .22mag scope and also will the clips from a #1brno work in the american...thanks..rusty51

The 452 American has 3/8 dovetail so any quality ring will work with that dovetail. I like the Lynx steel rings, I think medium heigth will work fine. I use tall rings on a bushnell 4X12AO scope. Your 5 or 10 shot brno clip will fit the CZ fine. You can also buy a nice 10 shot poly clip that works great. Check out cz452.com for lots of info and great trigger kits for the CZ. I have bought several things fron Eric Brooks, he's a good guy. Also rimfirecentral has a good CZ section-----Cowboy

Med. Rings are usualy fine to 40mm objective. Myself and friends have
3 of them and they are hard to beat.
