CZ Bling!!

Get a trigger job done on it and you will like it even more.

Monday, I compared the trigger pull and play with a trigger job-ed CZ Shadow that a fellow club member shoots in IPSC... While my CZ SS has very little play (the safety latch doesn't display any flex or movement when the trigger is pulled in DA) the pull on mine is a bit heavier and grittier than one with a $200 trigger job....

Gonna shoot it some more and re-compare a couple of months from now and see what needs to be cleaned up.

The more I play with them the more I really like these guns.

I also had the opp to compare my CZ to a Sig 226 Elite with a SRT.
Very nice that. But after shooting both back to back I'm glad I bought the 75b over the 226.

Funny how firearms are exactly like motorcycles in that regard. (ie such a personal preference thing.)

You're :welcome:

I'm sure you can justify it so that your purchase will eventually only work out to costing you pennies a day!

Go on, you deserve it or something like it. Treat yourself.

ARRRR I HATED CZ until I saw yours!!!!! Dammit... Now i cant decide...sig elite or one like yours..... :D

Dammit I am heading to Reliable tomorow....(wife is gonna kill me)

BTW: What model is that? CZ 75B but how does one order the polished finish?

Yep, I wasn't so crazy about CZs until I saw this variant.

When I take it to the range no one I know who sees this gun can resist picking it up. :D

The bonus is that it is such a good shooting gun also.

Sig is a gun but CZ a culture. The one that shown is a brush stainless steel 75B.

Nope this is a 2008 model year CZ-75b stainless in polished finish.

Also this model year didn't have an upswept beavertail a-la SP-01 Shadow.

It's a really shiny almost mirror finish.

I bought my CZ on EE. It came with these wood grips. I usually replace stock grips with something from Hogue, but these grips (don't know the make) are super comfortable.

I think they look nice, too, although I am more concerened about comfort, control and function than I am about looks.

I have a lot of pistols, and I think the CZ is my favourite.

Here's my CZ. It has just the polycoat finsh, but I put some Hogue coccobolo grips on it. They're much better than the hokey plastic ones they come with.

IMO Stock triggers on the shadows are the nicest in the CZ 75 series.

“A man with an obsession is a man who has very little sales resistance.”

I replaced my CZ 85 Combat hamemr with a competition hammer and now have it now has as nice a triiger my Shdow. Replacing a 75B hammer with the competition hammer would improve the 75B series trigger a lot to.

Take Care
