CZ Bobwhite review - 20 and 28 gauge shotguns

Thanks for the review, guys - very well written, thought quite a lot of it is beyond my knowledge....
I seriously consider buying the bobwhite in 20 ga.
It would be nice to find someone willing to let me shoot it :) for a round or 2.
So far I can't even simply find a store that has it in stock in GTA...

Just got back from Grand Forks, ND. Scheels...a sporting goods store there had them on sale for $539. Great feeling gun,but the bulges at the muzzle end of the barrel are a bit distracting...

So what was the review like on these? The link in the first post is gone.

There’s a newer g2 sxs in 28 gauge out there that seems to check alot of boxes.
I have a G2 Bobwhite in 20ga. It’s no English best but seems good for the price point. I don’t care for screw in chokes and prefer expose hammers but otherwise, it is a good shooter (a bit heavy).

These CZ shotguns where made by Huglu which were also sold by Prophet River, however they are no longer importing them. The original Bobwhites had Green Cross bolts, however I believe the second generation do not have Greener crossbolts.

At first glance it seemed like there was quite a few available, but upon closer inspection there’s a few scattered around the popular dealers and likey not the one I’m looking for.

Sorry to hear the link is broken. The review is still available on Sharptail’s personal site. The current link is:
