I have always wondered how to buy guns at irrunguns:

Is that possible for Canadian to buy guns at their US domain website (given the firearm is not prohibited)? If yes, what is the duty custom charge? Also for its Canadian website, I assume there will be NO duty charge? What about other charges? Like GST etc.

I heard they will alway charge 5% GST for Canadian customers. Is that only for Alberta customers? Would the GST charge be 13% if I am in Ontario ?

Yes. In my experience, there is a $25 fee for the import, then you pay GST, then you pay shipping within Canada (Alberta to your home). I can’t comment on if they charge PST when shipping to other provinces as I am also in AB.

Is that $25 flat for all item? Also what is the difference between guns listed at their US store compared to guns listed at Canadian store? So we can buy both from their websites?

Would like to know what stock it comes with as well, as I’m interested in the side folding stock instead of the magpul one.

These are US pistols imported and registered into Canada as rifles - the US version comes with an AR extension end piece ( for US people to put on the "brace" ) so my high confidence assumption is that IRG adds the tube and stock ( because people get super confused in the 'as is " configuration" and start thinking they are registered as "pistols")

In the US, the SBR 922R compliance kits costed like 200 to 300 bucks, which includes the folding stock, M-Lok handguard and a few other parts to make the count.
