Yup. $115 shipping $144 GST (I bought a bunch of Bren mags as well).

I did think the shipping charge was a 'little' high...

One way to check is to call Canada Post and check if it is insured for the full value. I believe IRG don’t just insured them without asking customers first.

Did you order it with a stock? If you did which one? If you didn’t, did they charge extra you for “cheap” stock just to make it a rifle?

How many is “most of us”? They only had few CZ stocks available at the time. So most of us won’t have the CZ folding stock.

I placed it on April 15th, so I'm not surprised I missed the shipment

My guess was the shipping covers the freight from US to AB then to BC.
