If I had to guess, he's like me (another late order) who just went for the converted 11s and not the converted 16.
It was a much shorter line.... practically no line or waitlist at all.


I paid my balance and they said about 4 weeks ETA.
 
Wish I made the 16” cut but missed it placed order june 8th paid balance for the hbi hand guard yesterday after getting my transfer ! Was told still going to be a few weeks ! Bummed out but at least it’s coming eventually
 
They are probably saving time and getting the NR transfer approvals lined up so that rifles can be shipped as soon as they are ready. I wouldn't necessarily take it as a sign that your particular rifle is almost ready to go. Dlask has to do the conversion and then the rate limiting step will be NR reclassification with the RCMP. I imagine we will only have them shipped/available to pick up once the RCMP is done. Hopefully that doesn't take too long.

This has been my line of thinking too. Either way we're definitely in the home stretch now so I'm pumped

This is correct.
We should be getting our first batch of rifles from DLASK this Friday (fingers crossed).

Very exciting news!

Is there any timeline for people picking up their rifles from Dlask directly?

Very excited for my 16", the home stretch is the longest but the finish line will be sweet!
