On second guess, Leigh had set up a signature block and whoever is using the Dlask account now hasn't found and amended it yet. (Main menu bar, click on your name to access personal settings, then signature is one of the options on that sub menu.)

Is there even a difference between NR prohibs and R prohibs?

Technically we’re just talking about barrels here, but could you guys take a persons NR barrel and put the block/trunnion back on the R blank?

Before turning them in for the Ukrainian war effort of course….
 
The question was a technical one, not a rhetorical one.

And the answer is 'Yes'. The only part of the rifle that is Prohib is the receiver. You can send the barrels in for trunnion swapping and it is fully legal. For now ...

I meant rhetorical because I think it should be ok, and your answer of “yes” confirms it.

Point taken though…I wonder how busy dlask is these days though….
