CZ Cadet

The conversion is a good trigger practice when you have a Shadow but note that if you changed the main spring for a lighter one and put the competition hammer, you will experience many light strikes. It's quite better if you cut 2-3 coils out of the firing pin spring. When I had one, the only downside was the pain of loading the mags ;)

Look on the EE for a used one

I got a CZ85 Combat and had plans to get the Kadet conversion kit for it but when I advertised on GN I found one that had been attached to a CZ86 frame flr a little more than I could buy the conversion. I am a leftie so am using 85 frames for their ambidextrous fittings. Works better now since I have a bunch of friends wanting to get into the sport and for a little extra I have 2 guns the same except for cal. Got a case of CCI Minimags and it loves them.

I was told you need to keep the main spring at 17lbs, or it will light strike. Changing the hammer really improves the trigger.
