CZ Czechmate

That Hunting Store quoted $4499 + tax for a Czechmate a few months ago. It was in stock at the distributor, available within a week.

I remember I saw a CZ 75 package which with 2 slides and a compensator, so one pistol could switch to different division in IPSC, but I couldn't remember who sale it.

The Czechmate doesn't come with two slides. It comes with a front bushing that replaces the compensator and rear sights that replace the slide racker so you can shoot it in Standard/Limited division. Of course, without the compensator, you can only shoot 9mm minor.

I love the feel of a CZ TS frame, but I think if it was my $4500 I would seriously look at the new STI DVC open gun or a custom 2011 from the States.

Yes, the CZ TS frame feels very comfortable, but 4500 price range is little high and also has some other choices, just lazy to hand load the 9mm major, probably buy a STI 40SW instead.

The Czechmate has some flaws but it's hard to argue about it having one of the best factory triggers available and the accuracy out of the box is outstanding. This is a 5 shot group at 20 yards using my gun case and a rag as a rest. I must also add that's with a big 8 MOA red dot (not the most accurate size). This is using our CamPro 121 RN's on top of 3N37 going about 1400 FPS.

Superb! more than accurate for IPSC. If I ever go back to open I'd have a Czechmate.

Is there one pistol which could shoot the Open, Standard and Limit division? of course need to add or take out some parts before match.

Until very recently; mine...
IPSC has recently interpreted standard division rules in a new way- I expect this to get resolved shortly (fingers crossed).
I picked up a Truesight in 40 some time ago then had a 357 sig barrel built for it and a complete 9x40 open top end fitted as well.
Not cheap but very cool none the less, darn pretty too :)

You can shoot any production gun in both Standard and Open divs but you won't be very competitive with it :)
On the serious note, there is Tanfoglio Limited Custom Xtreme that you can go with competing in Standard div right out of the box and the frame is drilled for optics already, so screw in optics and you're good for Open, if you wish.

The Czechmate comes with a front barrel adapter that has an integrated front sight to allow the gun to shoot in Standard if you remove the optic. Of course, it would be 9mm minor in Standard and 9mm Major in Open with the compensator installed.
