CZ Experts...Will grips from a CZ75b fit on a CZ SPO1 Shadow?

My (stainless) 75b came with rubber grips that shadow comes with.

So the grips did not fit, not sure why they wouldn't, but they don't.

Did just the grips fit, minus the front and back straps?

He didn't try them with just the side panels, he said the mag wouldn't go in, and out.
