cz front sight tool

Can anybody direct me where to buy a good cheap front sight tool? I wanna get the fiber optic front post for my cz's and eed this tool. Where to buy it?

Aswell, can somebody explain to me how to sight it in. Not to familiar with the sight son these guns. I seemed to get lucky when buying them that the were already zeroed, but ot my most recent one. Front sight is almost parallel with the top protective cover.
Any help please

If it shoots high, turn the sight up (counter-clockwise).

If it shoots low, turn the sight down (clockwise).

do you mean if it shoots high bring the sight down? and vice-versa?
