Can anyone tell me if the cz75b grips are interchangeable with say an sp01? I have a 75b in 40 and a bunch of other 9mm so I'm thinking of sticking to the one calibre I have amassed and possibly swapping but want to keep my crimson trace. Screw orientation looks the same but without having both on hand I can't say for sure
