The CZ SP-01 KADET adapter is not compatible with other CZ 75 series pistols or conversions of first and second-generation CZ 75 KADET models.

This adapter is only compatible with the CZ SHADOW 2 base, CZ SHADOW 2 SA, and CZ SHADOW 2 OR models.

I had one on my CZ75B-Omega, It worked well but I traded it off on a Volquartsen Scorpion. Don't regret getting the Volquartsen but I do regret giviing up My Kadet Kit. I may have to buy another Kadet kit.
