I DIDN'T EVEN GET A ####ING MANUAL. Not that I care, but now I'm minus 2 things that should have been included.

Christ, I'm surprised I got magazines with it the way this is going.

I should also note that after playing with mine this afternoon, the manual safety on this thing is stiff and somewhat of a nuisance. It isn't like a 1911 safety at all where it can be manually operated with the thumb without strain. The P-07 safety is brutally stiff to the point where I have to change my grip on the gun in order to manipulate the safety to ON. Going from ON to OFF is no problem as I have more force to push down as opposed to trying to push up.

Overall, I'm fairly impressed with it. Fit and finish is decent. SA trigger pull is good. DA trigger pull isn't fantastic, but I'm sure it'll smooth out with some time. The mags seem well built.

It's a pretty compact little package and I like it allot. For the price, I'm not sure if these can be beat quite frankly.

Went to blue line this afternoon, they have one display but was sold. Man this gun is something that I want, the grip is so slim and well balance. No doubt that CZ line of guns are my favourate.

It is really, really nice. CZ is my new favorite company for making these available in Canada. I will go out of my way in the future to ensure that CZ gets my money before some other firearms manufacturer that doesn't want to deal with Canadians.

Yes way to go!! Screw the ####ing Springfield XDM. I will take the P-07 instead.

+1. I need to go find a P07 to try out, I bet it will become my next handgun purchase.

Add Ruger to that list, too. Their 4.2" revolvers are making me think a .357 and a .44 Mag need to be in my safe. So many guns, so little time...

As much as I like CZ - and my Shadow in particular - I shot both P07 and XDM-9. IMHO, XDM is a better gun, but with a $300 price difference I'm thinking about the P07 more than I care to admit.

Don't get me wrong, I AM looking for an excuse to get the P07, I just don't see what it gets me since I already have the Shadow.

Another gun.:D That wouldn't be all bad. Of course then you would have to get a CZ85 Combat and it's bigger stable mate the CZ97B and then of course there always is the Phantum.....then a Tanfoglio...

CZ's are addicting, worse then nicotine.;)

Yes I know the XDM is a better gun, but seems Springfield don't really care, nothing wrong with them but CZ on the other hand been look after us since they start selling guns in North America. I spent good 20 minutes to inspect every single inches of the P07 this afternoon and found this gun almost attention to every details, everything really well layout, good balance. I even like the look of that half inch sticking out barrel:eek:

Had I known a smith who could do a decent trigger job on a P07 for under $100 - I'd get it ASAP.

Technically, Tanfoglio is not a CZ - otherwise you'd have to include the Baby Eagle in that group, too? IMO, Tanfoglio makes the ###iest CZ variants, but they're not suitable for my budget.

Yup the Baby Eagle for those with even bigger budgets a Sphynx. CZ's are certainly addicting. I have even thought of acquiring a NZ 85 by Norinco. With a little work they are said to be quite good as well. I have a want for a Phantum right now as well as a 75B in .40cal and a 75B Stainless. Will it ever end....:D
