It says SDN Mexico CD MX on the frame. Otherwise it looks and feels like any other CZ P09 Kadet, it does come with 3 magazines instead of 2. I don't think there is any structural differences just extra markings.
The Mexican military police use CZ P09's so I'm assuming CZ accidently made too many guns for them and are selling these extras.
The DA trigger pull is really heavy for a pistol, but SA is acceptable. Comes standard as the decocker model and with a black recoil spring which doesn't cycle .22lr (might be a 9mm recoil spring?) I had to replace it with the red HV recoil spring. The decocker can be swapped with a safety included in the case if you prefer that.
Since it is a CZ P09 frame, you can swap it with the Mcarbo trigger spring kit if you want to lower the trigger pull.
The black on black sights aren't the best and I'm going to replace mine with a Fiber optic front for contrast, the rear sight is adjustable for elevation with a screw and windage by tapping it left or right.
To disassemble the slide and frame, the notches don't actually line up correctly. You'll have to shimmy it back and forth around the notches to get the slide stop pin in the right spot to push it out.
I haven't really gotten a chance to fire it, as I tried in an indoor range but the brass kept on hitting the ceiling and trying to bounce into my shirt so I gave up after 3 magazines.
