The rubber grips on the Shadow are fine - maybe people prefer them.
Many people will never do a 13lb hammer - but if you’re going to do it on the original, you would do it on the S2 as well.
The best price I’ve seen for the S2 was $1150 on sale I think. I paid $1200 from Al’s a little over a year ago.
Either way, the gun is the cheapest aspect in the long run. Slavex has 120,000rds through some of his pistols. Multiply that by .15c each...
The gun that fits your hand is what’s best for you. CZ’s are kind of like Lays - you’ll probably end up with more than one anyways. I found a nice Shadowline on the EE that comes to the range occasionally. Fits new shooters/my wife’s hands well.
