pretty sure he meant that it's the last sprint now and that the demand is higher than ever before...dealers will also take hard hits when the ban comes in effect...can't blame them if they inflate the price...people want to expand their arsenal and everything goes like hot cakes...as the timer will be closer to 0...doesn't mean that dealers will get many more shipments in on time before october..

The problem I have with that argument is that it is being used as a business strategy on one hand (which is fine on its own) while on the other you have this mantra of how the firearms community needs to be united against the Liberal agenda.

Initially there was the idea that dealers don’t want to get stuck with inventory they cannot sell so the distributors were hesitant to import. So as a dealer if your concern is that you might get stuck with inventory it doesn’t make sense to inflate your prices. I suspect that since there is no mentioned restrictions on exporting that would be a distributor’s solution to the predicament they are in. From what I can tell importing of inventory will continue until September.

At the end businesses will decide how they will conduct themselves & consumers will decide where to conduct their business. Now & in the future. With the blindsided handgun freeze people’s initial reaction was to protect their hobby, to buy those handguns that were on their wishlist for some time. I imagine there is quite a few of us that overspent. So I wonder in the next few months when this has all settled what the relationship will be like between consumers and dealers because I know for myself and a few friends we had talked about with whom we will continue our dealings.

Said it well

The TS2 looks to be in stock still... and selling for same price as the Shadow 2... though with 2 less mags.

However, isn't the TS2 a more expensive gun (at least in US)?? From gunbroker.com, the price for TS2 is at least $200USD more down south... what might be the factors of it being less in demand?

i was wondering the exact same thing...beside getting only one mag with it vs 3 with the shadow 2, do I miss anything ?

Shadow 2 mag can be found $40 and for $70 you get one with base.
I don’t see how they can sell for $140.
But yes, one mag is ugly, those dealers are shady
I think armourall is referring to 1x mag situation with new batch of cz ts2 (used to be 3x mags). Mag price is around $120-$140 for cz ts2
