CZ Range and Varmint Weaver rail torque setting

Does anyone know what the torque setting should be on the screws that attach the weaver/picatinny rail to the CZ 557 Range rifle and the CZ 557 Varmint?

Mine came with the rails attached, but I'd like to loc-tite them and would like to know the torque to reattach them.

Apply the glue of choice and snug them up.
Stop before you twist them off.
Or 6-8 inch pounds.
