The exact same thing happens with mine. It’s annoying but doesn’t seem to affect functionality.
Funny you say that! That’s exactly what I’ve noticed as well! The Lower won’t stay flush against the upper unless you push it up. It’s weird why CZ would create a loose tolerance for this carbine? What benefit does this have?I sent a short video of this phenomenon to Wolverines and they told me its normal. their guns in stock did the same thing.
Basically when you pull the trigger it pushes the front end of the lower receiver down a mm or so. You can push it back in place, pull trigger it goes down again.

A little wiggle typically translates into increased reliability, lets little grains of sand and debris that get into the firearm slip through and out, if things are too tight the grain of sand jams it up. A little wiggle and a little rattle is a good thing in a military style semi auto.
You didn't buy a precision target rifle, you want this thing to keep on chugging as it gets dirty from use and from contamination from your environment.
