well this is a sad thread.
I took my Evo apart just to see how easy that was... and it was very easy with some standard tools, 3mm and 4mm allen keys and a few wrenches for the barrel nut. An adjustable wrench would be best as the nut appears to be a weird metric size.
Now I wonder just which part is the receiver.... I suspect that the right side with the serial number and ejection port that the left side bolts on to would be the receiver.
oh and its all back together, took abut 30 min to disassemble and reassemble it.
