How to move rear sight a little right?

Loosen the set screw and get a big brass punch and a steel hammer and drift it. The big problem is that the slide has no real flat side that is square to your punch angle. I made up a solid 3D printed block that it rests on, and it steadies the slide just right.

Or, get a sight pushing tool.

I ried moving them, it is very hard to move. Any suggestion regarding replacing with adjustable sight?
