Hey KCin, out of curiosity, I put the items you bought in a cart. The sub-total before shipping comes out to 162 Euros, since you got charged double the shipping, you probably got charged double the handling and packing fee as well... so the total should come out to approximately 207 EUR (162 + 20 + 20 + 2.5+ 2.5) or 326 CAD using today's rate. This is assuming your Credit Card issuer charges 2.5% forex fee which is typical. You can play with the forex calculation here:

Now when your package is imported, CBSA will assess taxes and duties (if applicable) on the subtotal before shipping - so that would be on 162 EUR or approx 250 CAD. If you were charged only CAD 33 or so, that means you only got dinged for the 13% Ontario HST, but no duty and no UPS brokerage fee.
So your total is approximately CAD 326 + 33 = 360 like you said. It looks like everything is as it should be EXCEPT for doubling the shipping. Did you place two separate orders?
Having the postal option removed sucks as I have never got charged taxes on any gun parts when I bought from Europe when they shipped postal (both IPSC Store and Cesar Shop). However, this is just pure luck as the expectation is that CBSA will assess at least 13% HST (for us Ontarians) if not duty depending on what it is that you bought and country of manufacturing.
I think you are already finding out that this is an expensive hobby, and the parts selections in Canada is not just not there. To get everything you bought from Europe, you probably have to buy from multiple Canadian vendors and they will each charge their shipping which adds up. Also, prices are high here as well - here is something close to what you bought from a west cost vendor - and you still need to add shipping and taxes on top (plus you still don't have the springs yet):

So enjoy what you got and let's hope your transfer complete soon! Feel free to reach out on PM if you have any questions buying from abroad - as you can probably tell, I do it quite a bit : )
BTW, did you buy any base plate or mag extension that's compatible with the magwell? With the stock base plate, it will be hard to reload as you can't just use your palm to push the mag in as the mag well is now deeper. Worse, some stock base plate may not even work with the mag well depending on how much the lip protrude from the mag body.
