Given that even the grips on a Shadow 2 are Aluminum I can't imagine how anyone could think that gun had any polymer on it.

The reasoning was there isn't a piece of plastic, rubber or polymer anywhere to touch your hands can't imagine any shooter thinking that gun was polymer. Also most polymer guns I have shot do not have removable grips.

I believe the grips being an integral part of a polymer frame has something to do with increased rigidity and structural nature. But I digress...
