Cz Shadow failed Ejection

I have 6 Shadows and 3 Shadow 2s and have worked on hundreds of them, maybe even a thousand by now, never one have I ever tuned an extractor or ejector, not once, not ever. And zero major competitors I know have done so either.
Try shooting one handed to make sure you aren't riding the slide. Try factory ammo. post pics of the extractor and ejector, please.
 
the load is fine and 130 PF is plenty to move any slide with factory springs (any gun).
I have been shooting with that load for years.

Hope you find the problem, should be very straight forward, it is either the ejector or the extractor.

Just an update.
When I got back from vacation, I VERY carefully filed my ejector so the point is now at the top.
Shot a L1 match and had no problems at all. Also the ejected brass seemed to go further.
Going to go out to the range today and put some rounds on the gun to confirm that it's working better.
The ammo used in the match was the same batch of 147gn stuff I had problems with before
 
What brass is not ejecting? I had a problem with my tanfo doing similar intermittent fte (what a joy in a match) and eventually confirmed that only blazer brass would not eject.
