CZ Shadow II Pre-Order!! Wolverine Special!! $1375.00

Yes wolverine had one at nationals. Double action is too heavy. I'm sure a 13lb spring would solve that. Also a 11 lb recoil spring. The trigger breaks further up which I like and the reset and take up is better than the shadow 1. I love this gun and can't wait to get mine.

Hi Congrats on ur purchase good.looking gun
The slide will get better after 2000 rounds..
Make an order from CZ custom in US you need a 11pbs recoil and 13 main spring the gun will change so muc
shoot as much you can for.now.it will get better and better...
Good luck Mate

Do you think installing a pre b disconnector will help with reset?

I am comparing it to my souped up cz sp01 shadow 1.

Guys at Dlask also recommended you lighten up the firing pin spring if you go with lighter hammer and recoil springs. They said if you don't in time 'it'll really beat up the gun'. Think they even include the lighter firing pin spring in a package deal when you buy the others.

You lighten up the springs and put a couple thousand rounds through the gun you'll notice a huge difference! Of course it's a bit of a balancing act. Go to light and you may start to get light primer strikes on some of the harder primers.

Anyone out there know what the poundage is on the springs that come with the Shadow 2?

Well, I put an order in today with Wolverine :)! They said it will hopefully be in around November, I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I have never had a light strike with a 13 lb hammer spring.

Th disconnector is IPSC legal??
If yes..for sure it will make difference but i will still wait to break in bc the gun after 2000 rounds will change alot...

Got mine today when i got home from work.

Initial pros
Look good.
Feels good.
Aim is really good. Fits the hand extremely well when comparing to my CZ SP01 shadow.
reset is short but not as short as my shadow sp-01 with a pre b disco.

Cons
DA pull is too hard. Not shur if changing the hammer spring would help.
Slide is extremely weird to load and hold back due to the slanted profile. Could use wings like HK SFP9.

Will be couple of months before i go to the range

Whats you think? Its a real upgrade to thé first shadow ?
Thank

Current shipment is being packaged up now at CZ as of this morning. Hope to see it within a couple of weeks depending on shipping, customs etc....
Customers will be contacted in chronological order of when they placed the order. A word of warning, we are only getting enough to cover about half of the back orders we have.

Quite honestly, no idea at this time. I don't even think CZ knows. They took over 12,000 back orders so far and counting. Production capacity on this model is 8000 for this year.
