CZ Shadow - sight replacement, with what?

I thought I was pretty happy with the fibre optic front sight on my Shadow, until I started shooting my PPX better with the 3 dot white sights on it. Maybe its my older eyes but I seem to be able to pick up the 3 white dots faster. I found myself looking at Tru-dot sights now for the Shadow.

Anyone have experience, options, or opinions on this

I changed my fibre op rod with a green one. I found that I could pick it up faster than the stock red one.
