CZ Shadow trigger job?

Why is the competition hammer not production legal? I was under the impression it was since it comes on the canadian models.

The one i have in my shadow is a CZ Custom one and not a CZ original or at least that was my understanding.

EDIT: You guy's are correct, it is factory original and thus ok. You learn something new everyday!
