CZ shooters, what's your rifle's favorite mach ammo?

I find that SK Standard Plus/SK Rifle Match gives me the best cost/accuracy ratio in my CZs. Federal 711B used to be a viable (less expensive) option for offhand practice but the batch quality varied too much, at least in my experience..

cci standard velocity or better yet sk standard+. i have lots of both and don't bother with bulk packs. might be better with real high grade but for informal shooting thats my budget.

I have a CZ 452 American with plenty of optics on board.

For lower priced ammo, it shoots the old Lapua Super Club quite well. Also RWS Target is good.

Upscale, the ELEY Club works best, with RWS Rifle match and Lapua Master M great also.

Since it is hardly a Match rifle, I have not bothered to run any top of the line ammo through it.
[RWS R50, R100 & Special Match; Lapua Midas & Center-X; Eley Tenex or Match EPS]

This rifle is quite a bit more Catholic in it's taste than some of my other rimfires.

Regards, Dave.

Mine loves cci green tag or standard velocity is wonderful. Lapua rifle match is another, shoots like a laser but haven't had a brick for awhile.

Gave the CZ455 Varmint a run today but it was tough to catch favourable wind conditions.
All were two "five shot" groups at 50 yards.
RWS Rifle Match was tops: 0.48, and 0.36 using the first stadia and since they were high, a third group was shot using the cross hair at 0.37.
CCI MiniMags HP produced a 0.50 while the Solids were 1.4 and 0.95.
Green Tag: 0.32 and 1.0
CCI Sub Sonic: 0.60 and 0.56
CCI SV: 0.81 and then 4 were over 1.5 and the other is OTS(out there somewhere)
Lapua Center X: 0.50 twice.
Eley Target: 0.77 and 0.55
Midas +: 0.64 and 0.73
Federal Target HV: 0.61 and 0.81
Federal Target SV: 0.83 and 0.70
RWS R50: 0.65 and 0.75

The scope is a Burris 4.5 - 14 with the Ballistic Plex Reticle. Most of the targets were shot using the first stadia below the cross hair.
Not the best but for a gopher gun, once the range is established, most shots will be using the other stadia.

My Supermatch loves the Eley practice shooting 50yd 3/4" groups all day long, a close second is the Remington 22 match (not the Remington-Eley but the regular match). Both brands out shoot the SK Standard in my rifle.

I have a 455 Supermatch and it is much more accurate than I am. I know that this isn't a match load, but it will put Yellow Jackets into a single ragged hole at 50 yards. My gopher medicine right there.

My CZ 455 loves the RWS Sport rounds. It will shoot moa or a bit less at 100 yards. For less expensive rounds, try Federal Gold Medal.

My CZ rifles do well with SK Standard Plus and SK Rifle Match. Not bad with RWS Target Rifle and Rifle Match, either. Come to think of it, I don't think they have an aversion to any match ammo I've tried.
