Firstly, are you shooting from a rest? If so and the gun is consistently impacting low you either need to raise the rear sight or lower the front. With your set up it would involve filing the front sight down. Here is the formula for calculating how much to remove. Unless you are set up to do it you might want to use a gunsmith or good machine shop to get the exact amount (in thousandths of an inch") off.
I find that most of the pistols I buy shoot low. My solution is to buy a Dawson Precision fibre optic front sight. They are available in a variety of heights and also available narrower than stock. I choose a narrow , lower one and get a better sight picture with a gun that will shoot to POA.
