CZ SP-01 or CZ-SP-01 Shadow

I can see CZ-SP-01 Shadow in stock from East to West. But CZ-SP-01, I cannot find one. Would you take an CZ-SP-01 Shadow? I believe the main difference is the sight and some extended controls. For a little more, a CZ-SP-01 Shadow is better.
