CZ SP01 SHADOW rear....

My Shadow is shooting bit to left and I wonder if I can safely move the rear site to the right side?
There are two holes in the rear piece and I wonder what is their purpose?

loosen 2 adjusting screws in rear sight then move sight and retighten.
I had a simular problem with mine turns out it was the way I was holding the pistol causing it to shoot to the right, try a different hold

Is it Allen key?
My hold is OK, it is shooting to the left and the whole rear site is way to much to the left side.
